Providing quality support is one of our primary aims. The fmfirst® support desk is staffed by experienced developers backed by our systems staff where networking and/or hosting questions arise. Support calls are monitored for timeliness and effectiveness through our ISO 9001 quality processes.
Our personalised account management and user feedback groups provide additional assurance of business continuity. Our experienced support team work with you to ensure your system is fit for purpose and fully meets operational requirements.

- fmfirst® estates and cleaning feedback groups are held regularly at our head office. These provide an opportunity to discuss best practice in system use, make improvement suggestions and discover upcoming features within the next version of the fmfirst® suite.
Feedback groups provide an opportunity to review release contents ahead of release and contribute to any future developments. If you would like to get involved, please contact us asap.
